What Will You Bring Back Home?

Turn off your computer, put your phone away, and plug yourself into the FTE Singapore adventure!

There is something so satisfying about being face-to-face with your own life; not staring at a screen or listening to someone's second-hand account of how excitement is supposed to feel. From the time you land, FTE counselors will be encouraging you to make friends, try new food, and challenge yourself at things you didn't know you could do.

The Singapore Camp curriculum is designed for 7-15-year-olds that have experience or interest in adventure travel and preferably have spent time on their own previously. Though these things are helpful it does not prevent a student with a sincere desire from participating.

Some activities are team-based, like the Pioneering Project. Other activities are for the individual: Marina Barrage kite creation, diary writing and self-reflection activities give campers the chance to be creative and introspective. We are also going to take advantage of Singapore's natural wonders when we kayak through the mangroves on Palau Ubin Island. And what would a trip to Singapore be without seeing the beautiful city in all its splendor? Campers will see all of the best spots during the city-wide treasure hunt we like to call, 'The Great Boonlay Race.'
