Simple, Nutritious, Delicious
The food at base camp will consist mostly of rice, vegetables and soup with a small amount of meat. It will be the food that Singapore students commonly eat and will be lightly spiced.
During the 'backwoods cooking' students will learn how to cook over open fire so that they can be independent for the Palau Ubin Island camping trip. Food will be plentiful and tasty so the campers can eat as much as they need.
During the Palau Ubin island trip, campers will cook their own meals of simple, nutritious foods.
